Me llamo la atención lo que están comentando aquí la unidad que comentan se conecta externamente o hay que desarmar el sega y cambiar el GD-ROM por la otra unidad?

Hay que desarmarla, pero es una boludez ! Yo mismo desarmé mi Sega Dreamcast actual que se le había jodido el lente y se lo cambíe por el de mi Sega Dreamcast anterior que se le había cagado algo de la mother. Le sacás el lente y la controladora (que es lo que está abajo del lector) y se lo cambias por la de repuesto.
