apan also had its very own unique set of covers for their games, many of which were hastily revised for marketing to the West. Over the years they've become increasingly rare and will eventually slip into gaming obscurity. Some of the best books documenting the Super Famicom were never printed in English, so this was another incentive for creating the book for fans of the Japanese SNES. It's something I've always wanted to create and would have loved to have owned a book like this when I first started out collecting. More importantly, I hope it will bring new fans to the 24 year-old console and its Japanese roots.
